The Workshops was founded in 1973 as a summer conservatory for photographers and filmmakers. Located in Rockport, Maine The Workshops has grown into a year-round college and learning center for the world's filmmakers, photographers, actors, writers, digital artists and creative professionals.

I’ve had the pleasure of teaching both Basic Digital Post-Production and Editing the Documentary. Because the students, usually adults looking for a boost in their career or inspiration for a difficult project, are always passionate learners the 8-12 hour days are exhausting – and exhilarating.
